Understood. That's what happens when I'm posting. Dot's just a pain in the ass, as usual. Goodbye, hope I helped someone.

Active JW's, can you defend "THE TRUTH?"
by DATA-DOG inas of yet, no member of the jehovah's witness faith can defend their unique beliefs.
when the dust settles, it all comes down to blind faith in men's ever-changing ideas.
this "unique belief" was not a "true teaching of the bible.

if you have some scriptural insight, please share.
grievances are not welcome!.

Rhodesboy:"This forum is mostly about grievances"
What do you mean by grievances? People complaining about their problems, or criticising the Watchtower and the Bible? At least explain what you mean by that. Be specific..
..
Rhodesboy's pm buddy:
"And you will notice, no specifics, just generalized negativity and hate"
Trust me, I don't care enough about your waffling to have any hate. Typical persecution complex. Your writing basically said nothing of worth, just that a, b ,c , d, e , f may possibly happen, if l, m, or n decide to do x, y or z.
Not sure why you thought that your list of guesses was worth starting a topic for. But as you mentioned, you like the publicity..
Further, I was VERY specific.
I specifically pointed out that your predictions were unspecific. ;) -

If you don't believe in God, Jesus, and everything in the Bible, you are willfully ignorant.

"i absolutely 100% believe in god, jesus christ and everything recorded in the bible.. the reason why is because of the overwhelming amount of evidence.. there is so much evidence that it has taken me years to examine what has cemented my own convictions.".

Ablebodiedman said in response to one of my questions:
"on the other hand:
[Isaiah29:20]
20 because the tyrant must reach his end, and the bragger must come to his finish, and all those keeping alert to do harm must be cut off,
21 those bringing a man into sin by [his] word, and those who lay bait even for the one reproving in the gate, and those who push aside the righteous one with empty arguments."
Was that directed at me? Ok then, that's fine.
No more empty arguments from me, I'm a bit nervous about what part of me will be 'cut off'. ;) -

Ablebodiedman..
So your reply is, in the context of my question:
You agree with Gods right to decide on matters of morality, and to execute those who don't live up to those standards. You don't find that execution morally offensive.
Therefore if you were in God's place, you would (hypothetically) kill any of your children who disagreed with their father's moral standards (that's assuming they even believed that the letters containing those standards came from you).
It would be your right to do so, as you created them..? Or do you personally disagree with this concept, of Jesus killing anyone who disagrees with His moral standards, but feel that you have to accept it because God has the power and you do not? Either you would do the same, and you agree with this way of using supreme power, or you disagree but feel that your feelings on the matter are irrelevant..?
Thanks for answering, I appreciate it.
(I mean that seriously, many would just ignore my questions.) -

HowTheBibleWasCreated.. I know you are being tongue-in-cheek, but that kind of comment is a bit unhelpful, and possibly violating posting guideline 1.
Just sayin'. -

I know there is NO GOD

if there is a god there is no way he.
would allow this to occur (beheading of james foley).

Magnum:"Even pre-human history is filled with horror and suffering. Life in nature is largely about the struggle to survive. If one is not at the top of the food chain, he lives life watching over his shoulder. And even those at the top of the food chain suffer and have to watch over their shoulders when they get sick and/or old. I've seen videos of what can happen to a lone old lion when a pack of hyenas comes around. It's hideous brutality. Been going on for eons.
Where has God been all those millions upon millions of years?"
Exactly.. Yet believers seem to want to ignore that point.
